Description	The route includes the State Capitol, the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Monona Terrace Convention Center, a walk along the shore of Lake Monona, and museums. The trail is on city sidewalks and blacktopped bicycle trail.
Amenities	Restrooms and water are available at the start point and along the walk.

Start Point / Driving Directions	Concourse Hotel Lobby From US 12/18 take the John Nolen Dr. exit north. At the 5th light, turn left on Broom St. Proceed to the 3rd light and turn right on W. Washington Ave. and proceed to the Capitol Square. Turn right on Carroll St. on block and follow the Capital Square around to Wisconsin Ave. Turn right on Wisconsin to the hotel on the left.
Awards & Fees	There will be no pre-registration or award for this walk. All Walkers: $4.00.
Comments	Madison Area Volkssport Association, the AVA, and starting point businesses are not liable for accidents, thefts, personal injury and/or material damage. All attempts will be made to create a safe and enjoyable event. Participants accept the guidelines of AVA Volkssport events and agree to observe the principles of good sportsmanship. Each participant is asked to sign a waiver from liability before the walk.
