Description	The Walk Box is not located behind the counter, but instead placed on a window ledge near the entrance by the newspapers. Walkers will travel paved sections of the Western Green Trail along the Yahara River, stroll through Veterans Park and the downtown area of DeForest, and continue on to the 10' wide porous asphalt and boardwalk Upper Yahara River Trail. This walk is a remote start, so after registering for the walk at the Kwik Trip, one must drive 1.2 miles to the start point at Western Green Park Shelter at 417 Acker Parkway.

Start Point / Driving Directions	4848 Cty Hwy V DeForest, WI 53532 (608) 842-3446 N 43 15.01 W 89 22.155 From I-39/90, take exit 126 (Cty Hwy V) east toward DeForest. Drive 0.5 miles east on Cty Hwy V/North St. Kwik Trip will be on the left. This walk starts about 1.5 miles from the walk box. After registering at the Kwik Trip, return to Cty Hwy V and turn right on River Road. Follow River Road for 0.5 miles and then turn left on Acker Parkway. Travel on Acker Parkway for 0.7 miles and turn right into the entrance to Western Green Park and Shelter.
